We’ve bought Leo’s Deli produce for a long time, so it was the easiest decision to make when we found out we could also have The Suffolk Catering Company as our wedding caterer. Working with Mark: A relaxed and calming influence throughout the whole planning stages, he spent time understanding what type of menu we wanted to create. His recommendations were clear and un-pushy – and always came with a “yeah, that should be fine”. Quality of the produce: He works with the best quality meat, and his salads are exceptional. We wanted sharing board starters and a selection of main elements (Lamb/Chicken/Spanakopita) served with share-size salads. The compliments we’ve got from our guests has been phenomenal. His fantastic team on the day: Victoria, his front-of-house, is the person you want on your team on your wedding day. She makes things happen. The weather wasn’t what we had planned for, but Victoria sprang into action and made everything seamless. And the support staff was friendly and warm throughout. If you want a high-quality, friendly team that pulls it out of the bag, I couldn’t recommend the Suffolk Catering Company highly enough.

Superb! Mark is an incredible chef and when we met him, we knew that he was the man for our wedding day! On the day the food was outstanding, and Marks team ensured that everything happened seamlessly.
