Super friendly, very clean, toasty hot yoga and Pilates - highly recommended!

I attended Imogen’s class on Xmas eve and it was lovely, Suzie was there and it was a full house. The studio is warming, clean and inviting. The Xmas present to all who attended was a lovely touch but the head massage was the best, did I hear someone say that they were intoxicated by someone’s perfume .

A brilliant place to practice yoga whether you're a beginner or well experienced. A good choice of classes from crack of dawn 'Broken Blokes' to hot yoga. All presented by great teachers who are encouraging, friendly folk who help you get the best out of the class. I love it!

Awesome yoga studio, the best there is. The yoga teachers are second to none and the hot yoga is amazing. If you want the best yoga experience look no further than matspace in Framlingham.

Nothing beats a yoga session at Matspace. Lizzie has created a wonderful, warm & welcoming studio, where everyone feels at home. The teachers are excellent, sharing their different styles & approaches and always with care and attention. Sweat your way through a challenging hot vital or retro class, or soothe away the day & reconnect in a restful hot yin. Aerial, flow, beginners; there's a class for everyone. An incredible space run by women with soul and passion for yoga and its foundation. Enjoyed Warm Yin Yoga followed by herbal tea and had the pleasure of experiencing Candle lit yoga followed by a beautiful closing ceremony with breathwork, vegan snacks and a chat with the other attendees. Highly recommend

This is the best yoga studio I've ever been to! There are classes for everyone here and the instructors are passionate about what they do. Lizzie's classes are exceptional - they work you hard but are so fun at the same time!

Matspace is by far the best yoga studio I have been to. All of the classes are so much fun, especially the hot and aerial yoga!

Matspace is the best - great value and addictive. The classes are varied and suitable for all ages and abilities. I cannot recommend Lizzie's HOT yoga classes highly enough - they are life changing!
