Always run late even if you book first thing in the morning, cancel appointments scheduled months in advance to accommodate their own staff and charge you if you miss an appointment...

Excellent client care by the dentist Rishi and the hygienist. My only complaint is that the appointments never start on time albeit it is apparent the staff are not with the previous patient.

What a fantastic team! Each and every time I have visited them I have been greeted with a smile. Nothing is ever a problem for them and they will bend over backwards to accommodate appointments whenever I needed them going far and beyond what could be expected as normal. Hazel has made a fantastic job with my really messy mouth transforming it into a beautiful mouth in a record time! The Framlingham team knows how to put a smile on your face in more than one way 😊 I cannot recommend them high enough

Three attempts for our daughter to have an x- ray at the dentist request. Three appointments made and all three cancelled. The last cancellation was 10 minutes before the appointment, after a 20 minute / 16 mile drive. They really need to offer customer service as part of the dentist practice experience.

I took my two apprehensive boys for an appointment with Leon and I was blown away with his natural child friendly approach. He very quickly put them at ease and explained everything he was going to do & asked their permission which really helped build their confidence. I kid you not - Leon has restored my kids’ faith in going to the dentist. Thank you!

I have recently moved to Framlingham. Today I had my first appointment at Framlingham Dental Practice. I am a woman of 60 and very nervous of anything dental related. I was welcomed warmly by two lovely young ladies and then met the dentist Rishi. He was professional, calm and friendly. I will always be nervous but will not worry about my next visit. Thank you.

AVOID. AVOID.. Went with extreme tooth ache. Told me they couldn't do root canal work. And i would have to go to wickham market. Was in so much pain so had no choice but to loose 2 x teeth. Mr Brown was extremely rude. Made out I was a liar..Yet he is the only one there that does root canal. And he is either sick or on holiday. He only cares about private patients and not NHS patients. Stay well away from this Dental surgery and Aldeburgh in my option. Now registered with an NHS dentist who cares..

I have just had a bridge made and fitted by Paul.Without exception the staff were kind,friendly and efficient. I am a very nervous patient having had some difficult experiences with dental work in the past but Paul and his team did everything they could to put me at ease. I am delighted with the outcome and would recommend this practice without reservation.

I have found Mr Brown (who calls himself Dr Brown) a very good dentist, but his inflated ego sometimes gets in the way of his dentistry. Most people won't be bothered by this. His 'underlings' in the Earl Soham clinic are equally skilled - and kind and friendly to boot.
