Very good

We visited this store during a family holiday in Suffolk to buy some toys for our two sons. The shop had a great selection for their age range (3-5yrs) and a quick check on the web told us the prices were on par with other retailers. The boys plumed for a Brio train set and were delighted with it. The owners were very freindly and very kind to our boys, even giving them a little something to go with their train set, which was a lovely touch. We'll definately look to use this store again via the web.

We had a lovely experience here. We’ve been in a few times since, a lovely family business not a big corporate chain. My daughter found lots that she liked and some good presents for her friends birthdays! And even a net to go fishing in the pond with :)

Ordered for delivery to Oxfordshire. Prices were the same as other toy stores, even larger chains and they were the only place that has one item my daughter desperately wanted for her squishmallows collection! My order was received within a few days and with a very reasonable delivery charge. I would recommend this shop. Great service :)

Having visited this toy shop since I was a young teenager I was back in Fram today running some errands. My partner asked me to go into Bill Bulstrodes to see what Pokémon they had. I walked into the shop, said hello and snapped a photo of the Pokémon selection for my partner so he could pick what he wanted (I've no idea what they are). The owner started questioning why I was taking photos and told me I was rude and should have asked first, when I tried to answer his questions he spoke over me saying 'okay dear'. The whole thing was very patronising and unnecessary. I was already having a dreadful day, and found it quite aggressive. I like to support local businesses but I won't be returning here. What a shame.

I will be posting this review on my main Facebook page also: I had a torrid time find this item from anywhere since release. However, I stumbled across this store among Google's forgotten searches. What can I say. It turned out to be a gem! Mr Bulstrode is a great advocate for 5 star customer service. I had swift and accurate communication throughout my purchase and even had the luck of having next day delivery! Excellent service and fantastic shopping experience. Honestly my praise sings of the walls for this place stocks alot of items many places don't sell

The shop itself is adequate for a toy shop, though it stocks only basic offerings - nothing particularly imaginative or different (and nothing you couldn't get elsewhere, probably cheaper). We certainly didn't find the special items we were looking for for Christmas. The staff are obtuse, and we had the same experience as others leaving reviews here: the staff (and manager in particular) simply aren't children friendly (or even people friendly for that matter). We won't be going again.

A great toy and carpet shop that has a huge variety of toys for a small shop. Very neatly arranged and lots to look at. My two children love to come in here when visiting Framlingam.

Nice selection of toys but a great shame about the service. I was effectively told off because having carried a toy that my son had chosen to buy around the shop he changed his mind at the last minute, we replaced the item in the correct place and bought something else instead and I was told off for this during paying for our items; “Next time make make certain you want it before carrying it round”. A toy shop owner who is not ok with a child changing their mind should maybe rethink the business he is in. We will not be spending any money in this shop again. How disappointing!
